Any time I’m hurting.. I do tempo runs.. typically 120s and 150s about 75-85 percent effort.. and I concentrate on technique. It helps me reset.. and when I start increasing force and power later. I’m able to with get technique

So will you keep the loads high and increase the speed by decreasing the ROM ? Or will you surf the F-V curve by decreasing the % of load also?

I'm 64 and play baseball twice a week. It does not have to be just Track and Field style sprinting, we are constantly sprinting on the bases and chasing fly balls.

Honestly the “angle you set your block’s” is all preference if your takeoff is bad I’d say keep them straight but if you have a good release you should go inward

Hello Cody, i need help, in the last season i injured my psoas and i had to stop 3 weeks, then it recovered, but when i finish ny season on final of may, i recovered 3 weeks without sprinting and then when i came back the last week, i injured the exact same injury in the first sprint, now if i do an sprint sesion, the pain increase a lot, so i think i will recover like 3 weeks like the last time i did, but can u tell me what should i do these 3 weeks to rehab my psoas? Also can i do a gym routine these 3 weeks meanwhile i cant sprint?

HI Cody. I love your channel and video and been following you for a long time. You have been amazing sharing your time and knowledge with us and backing it up. When you run if there any additional focused thoughts. DO you emphasise on pushing against ground harder or anything. Or you just sprinting and pumping your arms fast as you can while trying to maintain form

Can you show where it says you only produce 240 newtons of force at top speed because most sources I’ve seen say you overcome forces of 4-5 times your body weight. I know that’s diffeeemt things but can you link the study

I love wind sprints... I seem to get almost as much muscle soreness/ sense of getting something done as when I'm bodybuilding. Love it. Only short coming, trying to do it in my neighborhood... people thought "Jason" was chasing me, so I have to go to my preferred park

If you could get a little more fluid. I don’t know if it’s cuz ur hip mobility needs work or if you’re weight to power ratio needs work, but if you can get that fluidity which you seem to be getting better at you might be looking at 10.3 pretty soon. Man you are really making progress!!
